Therapeutic Philosophy
Erica is an EMDR therapist and a PMH-C with experience providing therapy since 2019. Embracing an LGBTQIA+ affirmative, trauma-informed perspective, she fosters a supportive environment that highlights each individual’s strengths.

Erica helps clients discover effective strategies to manage distressing emotions, cope with stressors, gain insights, and build resilience. She works alongside them to explore their history, identify patterns they wish to change, and guide them toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Erica is deeply committed to helping clients break through barriers and find a path to healing and personal growth. With empathy, curiosity, and a non-judgmental approach, she supports individuals every step of the way. This personalized approach reflects her dedication to providing meaningful and transformative therapeutic experiences.
Erica compassionately supports birthing individuals and families navigating the transformative journey of the perinatal period, including pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.
Erica uses the evidence-based approach of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address trauma while facilitating healing and resilience.
Erica supports clients in exploring the unconscious dynamics which often shape individuals’ thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This can lead to healing and personal growth.
